In this leg's first Detour, racers chose between Search or Calculate. In Search, racers had to answer a question about Changi Village Hotel. In Calculate, racers had to find out the cost for a car to park in VivoCity on a public holiday from 7pm to 10pm. In the Roadblock, racers had to calculate the number of minutes of the operating hours of the Vau wine bar inside Changi Village Hotel. In this leg's first Roadblock, racers had to figure out one 3-letter English word that can be formed using the letters "CUTE TINK".

In the leg's second Roadblock, racers had to search the entire Documentation Center of Cambodia and answer 2 questions correctly. In the leg's second Detour, racers chose between Skill or Luck. In Skill, racers had to find out the total cost of the 4 featured items in cents. In Luck, racers had to find the drink list and give the name of the one drink that costs $1.00. Only one drink will work.

The Detour was a choice between Time or Money. In Time, racers had to find out the total time duration for 4 featured attractions. In Money, racers had to find out the total price for 5 people who want to ride on the 3 featured attractions. In the Roadblock, racers had to find one particular word in the description that will allow the racers to successfully get their next clue. While attempting, the letters of the word must be rearranged in anti-alphabetical order.

Leg 3 (India → United Kingdom)

In the Roadblock, racers had to find a specific vehicle model inside the London Transport Museum. The Detour was a choice between Letters or Numbers. In Letters, racers had to use all the letters in the word "Fitzwilliam", change each letter to one letter in front, and after that rearrange the new letters in alphabetical order. In Numbers, racers had to use the "A=1, B=3, C=5, D=7..." code and sum up the eventual result of the word "Fitzwilliam". The Speed Bump task was to rearrange the letters of the word "Fitzwilliam" in alphabetical order.

Leg 4 (United Kingdom → South Africa)

The Detour was a choice between Random Pick or Specific Count. In Random Pick, racers had to randomly pick one out of many blue bold words in the visitor information. Only one will work. In Specific Count, racers had to multiply the ticket prices of 27 adults and the number of letters in the green picture of I&J Predatpr Exhibit and used the derived result to get their next clue. In the Roadblock, racers had to search the entire Cape Whitewater Club for a specific picture and then use its caption to obtain their next clue. The Speed Bump task was to find the Sappi River Meander and answer a question about it correctly.

Leg 5 (South Africa → Singapore)

The Detour was a choice between Type it Backwards or Remove the Vowels. In Type it Backwards, racers had to type a sentence backwards. In Remove the Vowels, racers had to type 2 sentences without the vowels. In the Roadblock, racers had to place the names of cities in the order which they visited during the race. Racers had a reference column with each city name, country name and a few incorrect city names.
