I think I will get it when I get a smarter phone; right now I just maintain (i) on-phone contacts and (ii) Gmail contacts, completely bypassing OS X’s Address Book.
I guess it all works well (for me) because I don’t use a local mail client.
Wow, that’s quite impressive, having the patience to manage two independent data sets.
I started sync-ing my phone with the Mac when I first got my K700i. SyncML support comes with most phones these days. It’s most useful when you change phones. Just sync and all your contacts magically appear, as it was on the old phone, including contact display photos. |
MeGreetings to you, brain surgeon.
Hi there. Welcome to the mind of an INT{J,P}, CDIS. I hope you can find your way around without getting lost. The pensieve is messy to the untrained eye. That's life isn't it. The fun part of life is to untangle the mess you've gotten yourself into. Disclaimer My Delicious Library ShoutboxBoycott
